If you have a missing credit card, report it immediately to our Customer Service number,
1-800-543-9000. This number is also printed on your monthly statements. We will cancel your card and send you a new one.

Yes. You can pay your bill online by logging into online banking, selecting Manage My Card and then selecting Payments from the menu.

Yes. Unless you change your statement delivery method to "Receive Electronic Statements Only," you will continue to have access to statements online AND receive paper statements in the mail.
